How can I get the most out of PAICAR 03 refinishing polish and when is it best to use it?
PAICAR 03 is especially the polish that you need for holograms removal: those three-dimensional polishing marks that are so visible and annoying, especially on dark colours, which are even more clear in sunlight.
PAICAR 03 is the polish designed to clean the surface of holograms, thus delivering high-gloss finish, absolutely bright, and making the colour deep and intense. In short, it is a polish for extreme finishing, designed as a final step when superior quality is required.

It is mostly used after previous steps with coarser compounds. However, this is not the only process within which PAICAR 03 can be taken advantage of. We can identify at least 4 processes which include this high performance refinishing polish:

- PAICAR 02 + DA-02 PAD with ROTOBITAL followed by PAICAR 03 + DA-03 PAD with ROTOBITAL: this is identified as the “PaiCar rotorbital system”. It combines PAICAR 02 polishing compound to PAICAR 03 refinishing polish. This is the combination that the professional uses when he wants to obtain a superlative finish. The high-gloss finish of PAICAR 02 is enhanced by the anti-hologram polish PAICAR 03, which makes the depth of colour and the wet effect even more extreme.
- PAICAR 01 + DA-01 PAD with ROTARY followed by PAICAR 03 + DA-03 PAD with ROTORBITAL: it is one of the most common combinations for restoring old surfaces and repairing particularly damaged ones. After the powerful “flatting down” action of PAICAR 01 polishing paste, PAICAR 03 polish allows to remove the residual polishing marks coming from previous step, and grants a clean and brilliant finish. It is even more useful if, combined to PAICAR 01, you use the wool pad instead of the rigid foam one.
- PAICAR 03 + DA-03 PAD with ROTARY: on fresh paints, after sanding P3000-P6000, PAICAR 03 works as a “one step”: it removes sanding scratched, leaving at the same time an extremely bright surface, free of holograms.
- PAICAR 03 + DA-03 PAD with ROTORBITAL: when surfaces are not particularly damaged, and require a quick renewal or a fast refurbishment, which removes moderate scratches immediately, giving a shiny appearance, PAICAR 03 can be used as a single step. The use of foam and rotorbital minimizes the formation of holograms and allows a clean and deep shine to be achieved.
Well, these are the main processes in which PAICAR 03 can support the professional in its daily polishing job. PaiCar polishing line has been developed to work as a complete system. Maximum performance is achieved by combining each compound with the pad with which it was developed.
This does not mean that PAICAR 03 will not “work” if used with different pads or within processes other than the main ones listed above. It means that the complete PaiCar “compound + pad” system covers the distance between a very good and an excellent result.
